Finally got around to baking today. This is for Jacks work bake exchange. Thanks Eve, for sharing the recipe.
It was really easy to make. I think I can finally said that the overpriced mini muffin baking pan i got from the pampered chef has made its money's worth. I've used it so many times and it has bought me much joy. Good investment for people that like to bake lots of mini pastries:)
